Part of our job also involves providing you with the necessary security so that you can have a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe stay. That's why, following all Airbnb's legal guidelines, we have installed an exterior security camera, which is clearly stated in our publication and description of the apartment on Airbnb.

Where are the cameras located?
We only have one camera installed on the exterior part of the entrance door, which visually covers both the door and part of the respective entrance.
Why have you installed cameras?
The primary reason is security, and it's twofold. What does that mean? Simply put, it allows us to ensure both the guest's safety and our own as hosts by quickly spotting any suspicious activity or unexpected visitors. Plus, since we welcome guests from all over the globe, around the clock, it gives us the opportunity to offer remote assistance whenever needed, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported during their stay.
Is there any other reason why the cameras are there?
That's right, as we mentioned in the previous point, security is a priority for both parties, this means that in the same way that we care about the well-being of you, our dear guests, we also care about our own security, and for the integrity of the apartment.
I don’t feel comfortable with the cameras, is it possible to turn them off?
We're really sorry, but we can't agree to that request. As we've mentioned before, the cameras are an important part of our security measures, and they're fully disclosed in our Airbnb listing. They're there to ensure everyone's safety and peace of mind during their stay.
If you disconnect them without our full authorization for any reason, we will be obliged to report it as a serious violation to Airbnb, which could result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation
Outdoor Camera
This device is positioned outside the main entrance door. It serves as our primary motion detection and surveillance tool, continuously recording footage. This aids us in identifying and visually monitoring any unauthorized individuals, intruders, or suspicious activity.
