Garbage Disposal Instructions
Important
- Please take out trash bags only before 7 pm. After that time, it may disturb other tenants and owners.
- The containers are exclusively for general waste, not for construction materials such as rubble or items that significantly exceed the container’s capacity.
- The building promotes recycling. Containers are clearly labeled by waste type. Please follow these instructions.
The trash room is located on the first basement level, right next to the emergency stairs. You’ll have no trouble finding it, as the door is clearly marked as “Cuarto de Acopio”.
We ask that for order, hygiene, and in consideration with the cleaning staff, you make sure that all garbage is left in completely closed black bags, without spills.
You can find the garbage bags for both the Bathroom and Kitchen bins in the drawer under the kitchen sink.

General Container
Here, you can dispose of all mixed and organic waste. Remember to seal the trash bag tightly before placing it inside the container.
Recycling Container
In order to make recycling work more efficiently, we ask that you place categorized waste here. Whether it's Plastic, Metal, or Glass, each should be in separate bags and placed only in this type of container.
You can quickly distinguish them by the label on the outside of these containers.
