- It is important to remember that any damage or loss of the Remote Control will have an extra cash charge of S/250 soles or the equivalent in dollars.
- The use of the parking lot is only for the vehicle of the holder of the reservation, and not for any other vehicle. In case of needing the entry of a family member or friend with a vehicle, it must be informed in advance and it will be up to us to accept or not. This for security measure.
- Any damage that the guest's vehicle causes to the infrastructure of the building, will be reported to AIRBNB and assumed as a fault that must be reimbursed for the total cost of repair that it generates and after an evaluation by us.
- Although parking is located inside the building, we do not provide dedicated vehicle security. We ask you to secure your vehicle by closing it correctly. We are not responsible for any theft or direct damage to the vehicle.
Free Parking Lot
The apartment includes a parking space on Level 4 of the building's Basement (No. 111) for one vehicle.
If you’d like to use the parking lot, please let us know in advance by confirming it through our reservation form. Once confirmed, we’ll make sure to leave the garage remote inside the apartment for you. Please remember to return the remote in the same condition at the end of your stay.

The entrance to the parking space is at the front of the building, that is, from El Sol Street. We provide a map view to help you navigate.
Public Parking
There are also free public parking spaces in front of the building, on El Sol Street, and along the Chipoco Stadium.
